Demo - Tagging apps in the CCI

March 29, 2017

Netskope helps you discover all cloud services in use in your environment and provides you with a view that can be filtered by app category and the app’s cloud confidence index or CCI score. The CCI is an objective measure of a cloud service’s enterprise readiness and is adapted from the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).

Netskope makes it easy to customize the monitoring of your cloud service environment with labels that enable you to identify which cloud services are sanctioned, unsanctioned, enterprise, consumer, or departmental.

Netskope also supports adding custom tags to cloud services. This comes in handy if you want to associate a cloud service with a particular keyword.

You can also leverage the custom tags combined with ad hoc queries to better understand what activities are taking place with apps using a certain tag.
