SkopeSight: 84% of data uploads to enterprise cloud apps are to those that support sharing

August 15, 2014 Scott Hogrefe

84.6% of data uploads to enterprise cloud apps are to those that support sharing, according to aggregate, anonymized data from the Netskope Active Platform.

Organizations can get control over this by understanding what apps they have running in their environments (and which of those enable sharing), what data reside in or are being uploaded to those apps, and what data are shared inside and outside of the organization.
